CSO visits Deinzer colleagues in Madrid

A lot has happened since Deinzer expanded into Spain in 2024. Since last year, 2025, we've also been active in France. At Deinzer, we don't just manage these developments from behind a desk. We're a team that works together , no matter how many miles separate us. That's why our CSO, Florian Geiger, was in Madrid at the end of 2025 to actively support Sergio Sola Perez and the local team. These visits are routine for us. The goal is to accompany colleagues , attend production meetings together, and get to know our international customers personally .

Deinzer: Working together in production

We observe the processes directly at the machine . Only through regular on-site visits to the production facility can we ensure that every detail meets Deinzer's requirements . Florian and Sergio use this time to discuss and optimize technical solutions directly on-site. This primarily involves the transfer of know-how. We align manufacturing processes and ensure that new innovations from our development are immediately integrated into Spanish production . For us, the workshop is where the quality is created that our customers later experience at the point of sale.

Florian Geiger accompanied Sergio to client meetings to gain a direct understanding of the needs of the Spanish market . This knowledge helps us to tailor our solutions even better to the requirements in Southern Europe. It's also about getting to know the local culture better . In Spain, a meal with colleagues and partners is much more than just a break; it's where trust is built and collaboration is strengthened. For Deinzer, this broader perspective is essential for truly understanding the people behind the projects .
