DEINZER at the shop! Le Salon!

At the beginning of April, we took the plunge and made our debut at the prestigious "Shop! Le Salon" trade fair in Paris. It was a real highlight for us, a chance to see how our ideas were received in an international setting. Our colleagues Enoal Le Roch and Florian Geiger were there and spent two days demonstrating how we're shaking up brick-and-mortar retail with a touch of digitalization.

Why Shop! Le Salon impressed us
The response at our booth was simply fantastic. In the many personal conversations, we realized that our solutions offer precisely the right answers to the questions that shop owners are currently asking themselves. We're returning home with a wealth of new contacts and a significant boost in momentum. Paris was the perfect starting point for us to further advance our projects in Europe.

ESN Display - Where technology meets craftsmanship

The enormous interest in our digital features was particularly exciting. With the ESN Display , we demonstrated that a classic retail shelf can be much more than just a storage surface. The flush-mounted screen element to the right of the merchandise transforms the display into an interactive sales assistant. In Paris, we were able to showcase how easily content can be managed via our Deinzer Dashboard . Whether it's current price promotions or engaging promotional videos, retailers can adapt the message in seconds. This bridge between physical presence and digital flexibility is precisely what many brands are looking for in a modern approach to customer engagement in France.
Physiogel Display: Consultation reimagined

A real highlight was our display with integrated AI skin analysis . The technology behind it is as simple as it is ingenious; a quick photo is all it takes for the system to create a detailed analysis and suggest suitable product recommendations. In Paris, we particularly emphasized that this technology serves as an ideal complement to personal, in-person consultations . The skin scanner acts as an "icebreaker," sparking curiosity, reducing any apprehension, and perfectly preparing customers for the subsequent conversation with our specialists. In this way, it becomes an assistant that supports the consultants' expertise.
Time for a thank you
Looking back, the trip to Paris was a complete success. The quality of the discussions and the honest feedback showed us that we are on the right track. A huge thank you goes to Enoal and Florian for their hard work on-site at the trade fair and, of course, to the entire team behind the scenes who made this first appearance in France possible.
