Deinzer Holding GmbH has signed an agreement for its acquisition by HL Display.

HL Display is a leading European provider of merchandising and in-store communication solutions. With this move, HL strengthens its market position and integrates Deinzer's expertise into its international portfolio.


Both HL Display and Deinzer can look back on decades of success . While HL (founded in 1954) operates globally and is present in 350,000 stores, Deinzer has established itself since 1966 as a premium provider of customized display solutions made from various materials.


Björn Borgman , CEO of HL Display, sees Deinzer as the ideal addition:

"Deinzer is valued by its customers for its capabilities in designing and producing custom-made products. This makes it a great addition to our portfolio of standard and bespoke solutions."

For Deinzer, this step primarily means acceleration. Dr. Fabian Schühle , CEO of Deinzer, emphasizes:

Deinzer will continue to operate as an independent business unit within the HL Group, with the team of 180 employees in Langenfeld remaining the foundation for our high quality.
